THE PLAN
I work with you to carefully plan and create your website structure, taking into consideration your current needs and your future requirements.
The website structure is designed with the end user at the forefront, the aim is to create a seamless customer experience and a lasting first impression.
Whether your website plans are simple or complex, I can provide you with valuable guidance to create an online experience that is reflective of your business and importantly, meets your customer's needs.
A website plan will outline the site structure, list website pages including key content/topics, and identify customer touch points.

Project Management. If your website build/rebuild is extensive, you may benefit from engaging a project manager, to keep your team and your website developer on track and on time!
Design to Developer. Once your website plan is finalised, I can work with your website developer to bridge the gap between Design and Tech, managing and overseeing the final design, content creation, and user testing.
Or extend the service to include the Website Design, Copy (written content) and User Experience Mapping.

THE DESIGN
Your website design and visual identity is what gives you, or your business personality. It tells a story - your story!
I work with you to incorporate or develop your style, colours, and other branding elements into your website design. This is an important part of creating your own identity, especially in the online environment.
In addition to the style basics, such as the name, a tagline, a logo, or a symbol, I will also work with you to define your brand’s communication style, creating a customised identity for your business.
The Design service can include a visual and/or communications style kit, image library, and page templates (wireframes).
For those who want all elements of the website creation managed, planning, design, and copy services (written content) are also available.

THE EXPERIENCE
